Order Processing Every piece at Nura Label is handled with meticulous care. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, quality inspection, and packaging before your order is dispatched from our workshop in Dnipro, Ukraine. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package is en route.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer complimentary standard shipping worldwide.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal to update with the initial scan.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). The recipient is strictly responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country. Nura Label is not liable for delays caused by local customs departments.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or failure to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.
